Q1.Are your human hair wigs made with human hair?
A:Yes, We use the high quality raw virgin hair, with 100% real human hair, It's "Cuticles Intact"unprocessed hair, all hair cuticles in correct direction. Also you can confirm the quality of products by surveying the state of the powder after burning a handful of it.
Q2.How can you make Sure of the quality about your products?

c) We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days confirm the products what you receive. If having any quality problem, we will return money without any hesitations. at the same time, we have 1 year for free maintenance.
Q3.I found a supplier with a cheaper price?
A: Please do not only compare the products by Data or Description.Products are quite different even if they are same Grade,from raw material, crafts, usage amount and length etc. good quality will be long term but not first impression, it needs to test during using.
Q4.How long is the life of your wigs?
A: Usually our wigs can last up to 1 to 5 years with proper care. Some of them are more than 5 years. However, there are many factors that will affect the life of wig, including its maintenance methods, frequency of use by the wearer, and the living environment in which it is warm usually.
Q5.Why are my hair getting tangle?
A: Your Hair tangle due to dryness, all & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing(wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
Q6.Can your company do OEM-custom supply hair for processing?
A: Yes, we can do OEM, we can make labels,boxes,bags with your company and brand for you. Before you are ready to place an order, please communicate with us in advance, just tell us the details of the customized you need.
Q7.What's our return policy?
A: we have 7-days for personal consumers, and 30-days for wig sellers to return, which means you have 7/30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us first. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
